Ginger Carlson is a curator, writer, editor, and cultural worker based in Calgary.

Her writing has appeared in Canadian Art, BlackFlash Magazine, Luma Film & Media Art Quarterly, and others. Her texts have also been published by galleries and artist-run spaces across Canada. In 2016, she received the Canadian Art Foundation Writing Prize.

Ginger received an Art Gallery & Museum Studies MA from the University of Manchester, UK, in 2012. She has curated projects for the Manchester Craft & Design Centre, Sled Island Music & Arts Festival, The Bows, and TRUCK Contemporary Art.
